We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Steel Fixer to join a railway station accessibility improvement project, assisting with the construction of an accessible footpath.

Location: Fledborough Road, Fledborough, Newark, NG22 0FX

Start Date: WC 2nd February

Duration: Approx. 2 months

Duties:

  • Fixing reinforcement steel (rebar) for foundations, slabs, and footpath works
  • Formwork construction and temporary structures as required
  • Working alongside groundworkers and plant operators
  • Following all site health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Relevant steel fixing or carpentry experience
  • Ability to read drawings and work accurately
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Able to work as part of a team
