We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Steel Fixer to join a railway station accessibility improvement project, assisting with the construction of an accessible footpath.
Location: Fledborough Road, Fledborough, Newark, NG22 0FX
Start Date: WC 2nd February
Duration: Approx. 2 months
Duties:
- Fixing reinforcement steel (rebar) for foundations, slabs, and footpath works
- Formwork construction and temporary structures as required
- Working alongside groundworkers and plant operators
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Relevant steel fixing or carpentry experience
- Ability to read drawings and work accurately
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Able to work as part of a team
