Job Purpose
The post holder will work collaboratively with Divisional Management Teams, Corporate Teams and the Trust Executive to provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Trust's access and waiting-time performance. The post holder will be accountable for supporting the delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of these services.
