We are recruiting on behalf of a tier one contractor, a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Leicester with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor and you will be expected to take responsibility for the Commercial Management of Project(s).
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects
- Prepare and submit valuations
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Provide advice on contractual matters
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents
Contract: 6 Month Contract
Rate: £500 - £550 per day
