We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to work on void properties within social housing. This is an ongoing role with consistent work available for the right candidate.

  • While plastering will be your main trade, you will also be expected to carry out general multi-trade works as required within void properties.
  • All aspects of plastering, including patching, skimming and full re-skims.
  • Carrying out additional works associated with property voids (basic joinery, minor plumbing, tiling, decorating, etc.).
  • Ensuring properties are completed to required quality and timescales.
  • Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or void properties.
  • Working knowledge of other trades and willingness to carry out multi-skilled tasks.
  • Own vehicle preferred (travel between properties required).
