We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to work on void properties within social housing. This is an ongoing role with consistent work available for the right candidate.
While plastering will be your main trade, you will also be expected to carry out general multi-trade works as required within void properties:
- All aspects of plastering, including patching, skimming and full re-skims
- Carrying out additional works associated with property voids (basic joinery, minor plumbing, tiling, decorating, etc.)
- Ensuring properties are completed to required quality and timescales
Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or void properties.
Working knowledge of other trades and willingness to carry out multi-skilled tasks.
Own vehicle preferred (travel between properties required).
