Currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of public and private sector projects, delivering innovative and sustainable building services solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion.
- Administer contracts and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Promote sustainable design and renewable energy technologies.
- Undertake condition surveys, asset appraisals, and refurbishment assessments.
- Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and profitability.
- Provide technical leadership and support to colleagues where required.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Membership of CIBSE and/or registration with the Engineering Council, or willingness to work towards Chartered status.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience managing building services projects, particularly refurbishment and alteration works.
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services design and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
