The SPU Update Test Solution and capacity boost project covers the design, development and certification of an ATP test solution for the SPU.

Activities

  • Prepare and hold joint TRR / FQR design review and close out actions for the Payload project (BriteCloud).
  • Prepare and hold required design review and close out actions for the Payload project test solutions team.

Documentation and configuration

  • Prepare and issue documentation as necessary for project success - SDP / TRD / TERs / TRD IDATS / PIC / TSIN / CPs / ABR / ATP / ATR / logbook / VDD / user manual.
  • Update and create TCU software and hardware parts so the TPS is formally configured.

Software

  • Prepare and issue Test limits file / config file / SRN.
  • Develop coding for Payload project TPS test software.
  • Debug and commission Payload software.

Testing

  • ATP Investigation.
  • Record results into ATR.

Required Skills

  • NI LabVIEW/Teststand application knowledge.
  • Windows/Microsoft Office.
  • Leonardo configuration management tool – Teamcenter or equivalent.
