This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-structured HR function made up of experienced HR leaders, Advisors and administrative support — offering plenty of collaboration, peer support and scope to get involved in wider projects.
The role will focus on delivering high-quality, hands-on HR support across multiple sites. You'll partner with managers to provide practical, solution-focused advice on a broad range of employee relations matters including attendance, performance, conduct and grievances. You'll also support policy guidance, ensure compliance with current employment legislation, and contribute to building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
They're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience operating at HR Advisor level (or similar)
- Is confident managing ER casework end-to-end
- Has strong employment law knowledge and up-to-date HR best practice expertise
- Builds credible, trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Ideally has experience within the public sector (though this isn’t essential)
- CIPD Level 3+ would be advantageous
