As a Java Tech Lead, you'll lead a product-based team and will be responsible for line management, driving delivery and providing technical direction whilst also dealing with stakeholders and the ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced environment. The team operates with a "you build it, you run it" mentality, owning all aspects of the systems they work on, from design through to deployment and supporting them in production.
