Morson Edge are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy facilities management contract supporting a school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with strong financial and office administration experience.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the contract, including:
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Submitting weekly payroll timesheets
- Monitoring contract expenditure and payroll budgets
- Handling invoicing and payment queries
- Maintaining financial administration systems and procedures
- Supporting monthly reporting for the Contract Manager
- Monitoring utility usage and contract benchmarking
- Processing contractor documentation and compliance records
About You
- We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Is confident using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Ideally has experience within PFI, facilities management or school environments
