My client are looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor based on-site in East Manchester.
You will report directly to the Commercial Manager and you will be expected to take responsibility for the Commercial Management of Projects.
- Manage quantity surveying duties for projects and work packages.
- Liaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams to control costs.
- Assist in managing subcontractor performance.
- Prepare project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support and develop junior commercial staff.
Experience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA sectors.
