Morson is recruiting for an Organisational Change Coordinator to work on an onshore Oil & Gas transition programme.
The role focuses on planning, governance and effective communication of change initiatives across multiple business functions and project teams.
You will support Mo C processes, maintain registers and assist with transition readiness activities, ensuring changes are delivered on time with strong reporting and governance.
Hybrid on-site with 4 days, 1 day home.
