HR Advisor Hull – 1/2 days per week in the office - very flexible. Up to 40 hours per week. £35,000 - £37,000 FTE + 10% Bonus.

We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly successful, multi-site UK organisation to recruit a Part-Time HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team in a broad, generalist role where you will have genuine autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to continue developing your HR career.

The Role

As a trusted HR Advisor, you will partner with managers across a nationwide business, providing commercially focused HR support in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied employee relations caseload from start to finish.
  • Providing practical HR advice and guidance to operational managers.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites.
  • Coaching and supporting managers through people-related matters.
  • Supporting long-term absence management alongside Occupational Health.
  • Assisting with HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver a first-class HR service.
