The Role
As a trusted HR Advisor, you will partner with managers across a nationwide business, providing commercially focused HR support in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied employee relations caseload from start to finish.
- Providing practical HR advice and guidance to operational managers.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Coaching and supporting managers through people-related matters.
- Supporting long-term absence management alongside Occupational Health.
- Assisting with HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver a first-class HR service.
