Location: City of London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE (permanent and FTC option available)

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in the financial services sector for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their HR Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative team at a pivotal stage in its HR technology journey. The organisation is implementing Workday as its core HR platform, replacing multiple legacy systems with a single, integrated solution. You'll play a key role throughout the implementation and continue supporting, developing and optimising the platform once it's live.

The Role

  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of Workday
  • Administering and maintaining HR systems
  • Managing system configuration, security and user access
  • Delivering system enhancements and continuous improvements
  • Producing HR reporting and management information
  • Supporting reporting across areas such as recruitment, diversity and workforce metrics
  • Investigating and resolving complex HR systems issues
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners

About You

You'll have previous experience working within an HRIS or HR Systems environment and be confident supporting Workday. We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous HRIS or HR Systems experience
  • Strong Workday knowledge
  • Experience supporting or delivering Workday implementations (highly desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience producing HR reporting and management information
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
