We are partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organisation with over 250 employees and ambitious expansion plans across the UK. As an HR Administrator, you'll join a supportive HR team and report directly to an experienced HR Director who is passionate about coaching and developing their team. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while building your HR knowledge and skills in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation using templates
- Conducting Right to Work and DBS checks
- Maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system (People HR)
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
- Supporting wider HR administration and ongoing projects
- Developing a specialist area within the HR function over time
- Minimum 6 months' experience in an HR or administrative role
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation
