We are partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organisation with over 250 employees and ambitious expansion plans across the UK. Known for its professional environment and strong focus on employee wellbeing and development, this is an excellent time to join the business as it continues to scale.

As an HR Administrator, you'll join a supportive HR team and report directly to an experienced HR Director who is passionate about coaching and developing their team. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while building your HR knowledge and skills in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation using templates
  • Conducting Right to Work and DBS checks
  • Maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system (People HR)
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
  • Supporting wider HR administration and ongoing projects
  • Developing a specialist area within the HR function over time
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation
