Morson Edge is recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major highways scheme in Wells, Somerset. You will supervise day-to-day highway and civil works, coordinate site teams, subcontractors and plant, and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
You will monitor progress, maintain RAMS compliance, lead toolbox talks, and report issues to the management team, with responsibility for health, safety, quality and site records.
