This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced maritime and defence programmes, developing sophisticated control systems for next-generation naval and underwater platforms.
You'll play a key role in the modelling, simulation, design and validation of complex control algorithms, working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions for the UK MOD and international customers.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dynamic system models using MATLAB and Simulink.
Design, implement and validate advanced control algorithms for complex engineering systems.
Apply Model-Based Design techniques throughout the system development lifecycle.
Perform system modelling, simulation, analysis and performance evaluation.
Support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) integration and testing.
Collaborate with software, systems and electronics engineers to deliver integrated control solutions.
Produce technical documentation to support design reviews, verification and validation activities.
Participate in system integration, laboratory testing and sea trials where required.
Contribute to continuous improvement of modelling tools, processes and engineering standards.
