We are currently recruiting for a CSCS Labourer to start on a construction project in Shaftesbury from 23 February. This is a temporary role working on a live site environment, so reliability and professionalism are essential.
Duties Will Include:
- Sweeping and keeping site walkways and vehicle access routes clear
- Removing rubbish and debris, ensuring recycling where possible
- Unloading and moving materials across site
- Assisting skilled trades with preparation work and material handling
- Working effectively within a site team
- Following site instructions and health and safety procedures at all times
- Completing tasks independently once assigned
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Green Card, no paper certificates unless proof of application is provided
- Full 6 point PPE, unbranded
- Hard hat
- Safety boots
- Hi vis
- Gloves
- Safety glasses
- 4 point chin strap
- Basic understanding of construction site procedures
- Previous site experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Basic DBS will be required due to the nature of the site.
