We're looking for a Head of Operational Excellence Capenhurst.
Based at our Capenhurst site, you'll be responsible for developing, embedding, and sustaining a high-performance operational excellence culture across the site.
The role enables the transformation of operational performance through the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, standardised management systems, and behavioural change programmes that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance.
