About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Regulations - Design & Engineering Technical Lead to join a major infrastructure and energy project. This is a key leadership position responsible for acting as the organisations Designated Individual (DI) under the Building Regulations 2010. The successful candidate will provide technical governance, oversight, and assurance across all design and engineering disciplines, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and engineering excellence.
Working on a large-scale, technically complex project, you will play a central role in supporting safe, compliant, and collaborative project delivery from design through to commissioning.
