We are looking for an experienced Graduate Programme Manager to design and deliver a best-in-class graduate programme within a large, customer-facing business.
Working as part of the People & Culture team, you will partner closely with senior leaders across the business to create an inclusive, high-impact programme that develops future leaders and builds a strong long-term talent pipeline.
What you will do:
- Design, own and continuously improve an end-to-end graduate programme
- Create engaging attraction, recruitment and onboarding experiences
- Build inclusive cohorts with a strong focus on gender balance
- Design meaningful rotations, projects and learning experiences
- Develop blended learning, mentoring and leadership sponsorship
- Manage governance, budgets, reporting and Exec-level updates
- Deliver end-of-programme showcases, graduation and talent reviews
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience designing and delivering graduate programmes end-to-end
- Experience scaling programmes in multi-site, operational or customer-facing environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, analytical and reporting capability
- Comfortable operating in a standalone role at pace
