Morson Edge is delighted to be partnering with an International Business in Cheltenham to find a Senior Human Resources Administrator. This role is ideal for those passionate about HR operations and ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact by leading people, improving processes, and getting hands-on with systems and data.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of HR Administrators, ensuring productivity, quality and SLAs are met
- Oversee day-to-day People Operations administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Own and continuously improve onboarding, changes and offboarding processes across the UK and internationally
- Maintain and optimise people system data, processes and reporting
- Oversee UK and international benefits administration
- Act as the main escalation point for complex queries and issues
- Work closely with the wider People team on projects, audits and compliance activity
- Ensure people processes remain legally compliant across multiple countries
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset, identifying efficiencies with employee experience front of mind
About You:
- Proven experience in HR or People Operations, with exposure to employee relations
- Strong understanding of HR systems and people data
- Confident discussing compliance, with solid knowledge of UK employment law (international exposure desirable)
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organised and confident taking ownership from start to finish
- Professional, approachable and able to build trusted relationships across teams
- Discreet and confident handling confidential information
