We're looking for an experienced Delivery Electrical Technician to support site operations across Scotland, taking the lead on electrical maintenance, hazard resolution, and emergency technical support. You'll oversee contractors and operators, manage the hazspot process, and ensure all work meets strict safety and quality standards. This home-based role involves regular travel, site improvement delivery, and producing essential safety documentation.

Job Details:

  • Electrical maintenance and repairs
  • Supervise operators working on the contract in Scotland.
  • Own and administer the hazspot reporting process for Scotland
  • Deliver site improvements through use of wider team and sub-contractors
  • Manage sub-contractor relationships in area and supervise works on site ensuring compliance with all documentation
  • Produce required documentation for any additional works undertaken on site
  • Work closely with SHE Advisor to implement initiatives, improve compliance and reduce risk

The role holder will be expected to take part in a standby rota for the Scottish Area. A company commercial vehicle and fuel card will be supplied. The role will be based from home but travel across the North region will be expected as a key feature of this role.

Experience:

  • Qualified electrician
  • Good use of IT systems.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of process systems
  • Good knowledge and experience of Health and Safety.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems

Qualifications required:

  • Electrical apprenticeship or other recognised qualification.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH H&S qualification
