As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll step into a senior, hands-on role with ownership of financial governance, insight and regulatory reporting across a £300m investment portfolio.
Expectations
- A fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with a strong commercial finance background and the confidence to operate at senior levels.
- Experience leading or managing teams in a fast paced, commercially focused environment, with a passion for developing people and building high performing teams.
- Proven experience delivering high quality financial insight, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and commercial challenge.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to cut through complexity, connect the dots and focus on what really matters.
- Confidence working with large, interconnected data sets, translating complexity into clear, actionable recommendations for decisionmakers.
- A decisive, resilient approach — able to prioritise, manage competing demands and deliver under pressure
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
