Expectations
- Lead the site Management team as a representative of the Principal Contractor.
- Implement the Safety Management System on the OFCS.
- Offer clear and decisive direction for all offshore related matters.
- Actively promote site HSEQ, and offer a presence at the worksites, engaging with work parties.
- Review and approve RAMS and associated work pack documentation as required.
- Review and approve Change Management request documentation as required.
- Create and issue Daily Progress Reports, ensuring all pertinent project information is captured within.
- Create and issue weekly/monthly internal progress reports.
Requirements
- Proven management competence and experience in large scale offshore projects.
- Robust understanding of CDM 2015 regulations, especially in relation to the requirements of the Principal Contractor within the offshore environment.
- Safety conscious and good risk management ability.
- Driven to deliver, and results focused.
- Commercially astute, appreciating the contractual dynamics of the project.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management.
- Must hold and maintain GWO training and certification, and offshore medical certificates to meet all offshore requirements.
