Expectations:
- Assists with compiling of SDC comment sheets in Aconex
- Management of change
- Development and maintenance of a package calendar
- Collates document workflow timescale information and produces report showing performance metrics
- Set up and maintain completions tracker system (Excel or dedicated system)
- Working with Document Controllers, monitor completion of workflows by package team members
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of large scale projects and its administrative tasks
- IT literate with the ability to operate MS Office and other IT based project management software
- Solid organisation and time-management skills
- Knowledge and experience of multi-tasking and prioritising
- Ability to work as part of a team and good interpersonal skills
