  • Lead the ongoing management, update and quality assurance of programme data, ensuring accuracy of project milestones, asset information, funding status, and stakeholder engagement records.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to gather, verify and maintain project and community benefit data, ensuring consistency across systems (including Power BI, ProjectWise, and ACC) and supporting transparent programme delivery.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to data structures, processes and tools, enhancing efficiency, reducing duplication and enabling scalable management of community benefit information.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based trackers and datasets, using structured data models, validation techniques and automation to support robust programme tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and manage datasets to support reporting, funding insights, mapping outputs and stakeholder communications, ensuring data is accessible and actionable.
  • Support the maintenance and development of GIS mapping outputs (ESRI / ArcGIS Online), ensuring community benefit funds, project locations and eligibility areas are accurately represented and up to date.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of interactive maps and dashboards, enhancing how communities and stakeholders understand fund availability and project impacts.
  • Support the development and maintenance of digital interfaces and web-based tools, including community benefit webpages and interactive mapping tools.
  • Work with web and digital teams to translate programme and data requirements into clear specifications, supporting the integration of data-driven tools into stakeholder-facing platforms.
