Role Purpose
The Production Engineer supports the full manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring products are designed, built, and introduced into production efficiently, safely, and in compliance with Marshall BMS and LCM processes. The role focuses on manufacturability, process optimisation, NPI support, cost reduction, and continuous improvement within an AS9100 environment.
