I am currently partnering with a global fortune 500 infrastructure consultancy business who are looking for 2 x Talent Acquisition Partners to join their team on an interim basis.
Day rate: competitive. Inside IR35.
Length of Contract: ASAP start until end of March.
Location: flexible across the UK. Offices are based in most major cities. Remote working options can be considered but ideally having access to an office would be preferrable.
Hiring across consultancy, commercial and design disciplines, including:
- Project Managers and Programme Managers
- Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors
- Commercial Managers
- Architects
- Design Managers
Role-specific experience:
- A strong track record in project management, cost management and/or architecture and design recruitment
- An established network, or the proven ability to build one quickly, across the built environment consultancy and design sector
Hiring across engineering and technical disciplines in transmission, nuclear and water, including:
- Electrical Engineers
- Civil Engineers
- Project Engineers and Project Managers
- Engineers working on transmission networks, substations, overhead lines and cabling
- Engineers working on nuclear new build, operational and decommissioning projects
- Engineers working on water and wastewater infrastructure, including AMP8 programmes
Role-specific experience:
- A strong track record in energy, power, nuclear or water recruitment
- Experience hiring electrical, civil and structural engineersAn established network, or the proven ability to build one quickly, across the transmission, nuclear and water sectors
What you'll be doing
- Building talent pipelines and using your sector network to reach passive candidates in a competitive, skills-short market
- Working closely with hiring managers and sector leaders to understand what each team needs.
- Using direct sourcing, networking, headhunting and talent mapping.
- Managing a high-volume pipeline while keeping the candidate experience strong.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, plus the role-specific experience listed above
- A track record of delivering high volumes of hires against tight deadlines
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills
- Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly visible environment
- Resilience, energy and a proactive approach in a challenging market
