Outputs would be:

  • Processing the loan transactions to repair/calibration contractors of TMEC assets
  • Receipt of on loan assets from Calibration/repair
  • Issue of assets to Inventories across station

Specifics:

  • Receipting from Inv and Issue on loan via LogIS systems (e.g. MJDI) for calibration/repair of station TMEC assets.
  • Receipting from Calibration/repair loans and returning to end user via LogIS Systems.
  • Placing of demands for replacement TMEC assets via LogIS.
  • Liaising with TMEC engineers to ensure records are kept up to date of assets locations and calibration dates as per Defence Logistics Framework.
  • General supply duties as directed.
