Requirements

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud) payroll
  • Solid knowledge of Fast Formula
  • Solid knowledge of payroll configuration
  • Solid knowledge of integrations
  • Solid knowledge of OTBI / BI reporting
  • Experience working in corporate or shared services environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder understanding
  • Technical exposure to one or more of the following: HCM Extract, HDL / HSDL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SQL / PLSQL

We are looking for 2 experienced Oracle Payroll Developers to join a major government programme supporting business-critical payroll change and development work.

This is a contract role running until March 2027 and is inside IR35.

The role is based in Bristol with 3 days onsite each week.

We work across BAU and high-priority change, delivering enhancements within a Dev Ops environment.
