As they scale, they’re looking for a highly creative Brand & Digital Designer to take ownership of their visual brand and elevate how they present themselves to investors, partners and customers. The Role

You’ll be the go-to creative across the business, leading on brand, marketing assets and digital presence. This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone with strong agency foundations who enjoys variety and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the company’s visual identity
  • Design high-impact pitch decks and marketing collateral
  • Create and maintain brand assets across digital channels
  • Own and manage the company’s Webflow website (design updates and implementation)
  • Ensure creative consistency and quality across all outputs

About You

  • Creative agency experience is essential
  • A strong, modern portfolio showing conceptual creativity and polished execution
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Confident working directly in Webflow
  • Highly creative with excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Growth Area

While this is primarily a brand-led role, there is strong opportunity to develop further into UI/UX over time. You may have prior exposure to product or UX design but it’s not essential. If you don’t, the team is happy to support and upskill you in this area. This could include:
