Morson Talent currently have an opportunity available for an Engineering Planner to work on the behalf of our Aerospace client based in Yeovil, Somerset.
This is a full-time ongoing contract position.
Key accountabilities: Support CPE departments to develop Integrated Project Plans by integration of Engineering Technical Area plans, compliant with PM Product Plan/Target Master Plans.
Maintain and progress plans for monthly review.
Support CPE departments in defining input/output activities and critical dependencies in order to define horizontal and vertical integration of schedule and performing critical path analysis.
Support CPEs in managing scope change, timely flow down to relevant Tech Area and budget process.
Prepare and analyse all the necessary data in order to support plans progress review Report on programme performance indicators including critical path analysis and variance analysis (cost and schedule, corrective action plan).
Prepare monthly contract profitability reviews Support CPE departments to prepare Baseline Change Requests and Operative Budget Amendments Skills and experience required: IT literate within Microsoft Office packages including good excel skills (SAP and Power BI desirable) Knowledge of planning practices, budget distribution, cost collection systems in a technical planning environment is desirable Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Good relationship, communicating and negotiating capability, familiar with problem solving and team working Ongoing contract 37 hours per week Hybrid working after an intial period onsite for familiarstion If you have the required experience and would like to be considered, please apply today, or contact Lisa Nardiello on 01935 713323 for further information.
