Electricians – London Underground Maintenance Location: Reporting to Hainault Depot, working across the London Underground network Shift Time: 11:00 PM Start Hours: Engineering Hours Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Rate: £230 - £250 per Shift Duration: Long-Term Contract Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join London Underground maintenance gangs on a long-term contract. Successful candidates will report into Hainault Depot each night before travelling to sites across the LU network to carry out planned and reactive maintenance works. This is an excellent opportunity for electricians with previous LU experience looking for long-term, ongoing work within a well-established maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Carrying out electrical maintenance works across London Underground stations, depots, and associated infrastructure. Working as part of established maintenance gangs across the LU network. Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where required. Completing testing and inspection activities where qualified. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with LU procedures and industry standards. Completing relevant documentation and reporting requirements. Essential Requirements JIB Gold Card. Sentinel Card with LU access/sponsorship. Previous experience working on the London Underground network. Ability to work engineering hours and travel across the LU network. Strong understanding of electrical maintenance activities and safe systems of work. Desirable Requirements City
