The Site Supervisor (Electrical) will carry out the day to day running of a project for this large national power and network utility provider. The specifics involve overseeing the installation and updating of high voltage switch gear and transformers with all associated civil and electrical works.

The Site Supervisor will be required to ensure safety is the top priority and they will be responsible for all aspects of ensuring tasks take place in compliance with all company policies and procedures and ensure the site is compliant with the CDM regulations.

They will hold an SMSTS, CSCS and preferably a Substation Entry qualification. A knowledge of electrical substations, associated electrical qualifications and training plus a knowledge of civils is important in this role as is an understanding of temporary works and their requirements would be beneficial.

The Site Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager and is expected to keep them up to date with all aspects relevant to the project.

Utilities, Electrical and Building experience required.
