The predicted salary is between 50 - 50 £ per hour.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to provide support to the SL Reliability and Plant Engineers to be based full time on site at Sellafield. This is in support of SL Engineering and Maintenance teams contracted to the end of the year 2026-27 financial year and then continuing into financial year 2027-28. The numbers, durations and timescales may increase in line with TDA delivery strategy to meet future workloads required by SL. This is a contract role inside IR35 at rates between £40-£50ph.

The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated with solid understanding of electrical maintenance, reliability and safety. Familiarity with Sellafield safety management procedures and control of plant configuration is essential. Strong people management and literacy skills will be required to generate and deliver plant reliability solutions.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • You must be local to Sellafield site
  • Already hold SC clearance and P4 pass
  • Electrical Qualification
  • Nuclear plant experience
  • Tacit Knowledge/Experience of Plant or Project
  • R2 / C2 Working
  • In a position to take up post immediately
