We are hiring a permanent Electrical and Instrumentation Technician - EC&I Craftsperson to join our team at Sellafield, Cumbria.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and calibrating radiation protection instruments to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance. (Training provided)
What You’ll Do:
- Repair, calibrate, and test radiation protection instruments
- Maintain accurate work records and follow all safety procedures
- Support customers with technical advice and progress updates
- Mentor apprentices and junior team members
What You’ll Need:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation or related field
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Experience servicing electronic instrument systems
- Understanding of safety regulations (nuclear and conventional)
- Security Clearance: You must be able to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
