Morson have a great opportunity for an experienced ECM (Enterprise Content Management) SME for a leading client. Ideally you will hold current SC Clearance or be eligible. You will act as the technical Lead and will have hands-on technical experience of working with ECM, ideally Laserfiche but will consider others like SharePoint/OpenText etc.
Key areas of the role include:
- Complete technical documentation for each project including System Documentation, End User Documentation, and a Test Plan.
- Provide troubleshooting, training, and support for the customer during end-user testing and the post-deployment phase.
- Lead meetings with customers to gather and analyse project requirements and offer expert advice for business process strategy and improvement.
- Design, implement, and deploy a solution for the client's projects that incorporates out-of-the-box ECM software and functionality, custom scripting, and custom utilities as necessary.
- Assess design/implementation tasks and distribute among all project engineers based on expertise and availability.
- Review and test new ECM releases to discover bugs and potential enhancements proactively.
- Provide feedback on current ECM processes and participate in department retrospectives.
