The EC&I Project Manager will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of all Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) aspects of production and/or storage facility. The role covers the full project lifecycle from FEED through to commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with UK regulations, industry standards, and project delivery objectives.
Expectations:
- Manage EC&I project activities across design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Deliver EC&I scope on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop project schedules and resource plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide technical leadership for power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, and safety systems.
- Review and approve designs and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, ATEX, BS EN standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Control Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven EC&I project delivery experience in industrial or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with UK regulations (CDM, ATEX, COMAH).
