This is an exciting temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a Health,Safety & Wellbeing Advisor looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role on one of the UKs largest and most complex infrastructure projects.
Working on a major new energy construction project,you will support the delivery of high standards of health,safety and wellbeing across a fast-paced construction environment. Youll work closely with operational teams,helping to create a positive safety culture while ensuring compliance with legislation,industry standards and client requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to join the project on a temporary basis with the potential to secure a permanent position,making it ideal for someone looking to establish a long-term career on a nationally significant programme.

## The Role
As Health,Safety & Wellbeing Advisor,you will support the Health,Safety & Wellbeing Manager in promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the implementation and promotion of health and safety policies,procedures and best practice.
* Assisting with the development and delivery of project health and safety objectives,campaigns and improvement initiatives.
* Producing monthly and annual health and safety performance reports when required.
* Preparing and maintaining high-quality health and safety documentation.
* Working closely with operational teams to ensure health and safety responsibilities are understood and achieved.
* Supporting the development and review of Risk Assessments,Safe Systems of Work (SSoW),permits and work plans.
* Carrying out regular site inspections and audits in line with project requirements.
* Ensuring accidents,incidents and near misses are reported,investigated and closed out within agreed timescales.
