Unified Communications Solution Lead / Architect β DV Cleared Contract: 12 months
Rate: Β£109.25 per hour
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Unified Communications Solution Lead / Architect to support a defence client on a 12-month contract.
The role will focus on the technical design, integration and delivery of secure Unified Communications solutions, encompassing voice, video conferencing and collaboration technologies.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Unified Communications architecture, with experience producing high-level and low-level designs, leading technical delivery and working closely with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and delivery of Unified Communications solutions.
Produce and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
Design solutions involving SIP, VoIP, call routing and telephony integration.
Support the integration and deployment of voice, video conferencing and collaboration services.
Act as a key technical point of contact throughout solution delivery.
Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience Strong experience in Unified Communications solution design or architecture.
Proven ability to produce technical HLDs and LLDs.
In-depth knowledge of SIP, VoIP, call routing and telephony integration .
Experience working with Unified Communications platforms.
Experience designing, integrating or deploying voice, video conferencing and collaboration services.
Ability to lead technical delivery and manage technical stakeholder relationships.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
