As a Project Manager , you will join the Programme Management team, leading the delivery of advanced aviation training solutions for international customers.
Working at the heart of a dynamic, global operation, you will manage multiple concurrent projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to certification, delivery and in-service modifications.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, manufacturing, supply chain partners and international customers to ensure projects are delivered in line with schedule, budget, quality and regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in technically complex environments and delivering high-value projects involving hardware and software integration.
You will play a key role in delivering mission-critical aviation training solutions that support pilot training and aviation safety worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, quality and regulatory requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new simulator builds and complex engineering upgrades.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and external partners.
Define and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, budgets and risk registers.
