Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all legal and procedural regulations.
- Perform surface preparations and apply coatings by brush or roller.
- Interpret and follow paint manufacturer's technical and safety data sheets.
- Support and guide team members on application techniques and best practices.
- Ensure high-quality standards in all aspects of surface preparation and coating.
- Maintain clean working areas and ensure all equipment is properly protected.
- Use access equipment such as scaffolding and mobile platforms.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience working in an Industrial Painting environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
