Our client is looking for an experienced Coating Supervisor to work in Rosyth Dockyard.
We are seeking a dedicated Coating Supervisor to oversee our coating operations. The Coating Supervisor is responsible for managing the team that applies protective and decorative layers to products or materials, ensuring that all coating processes meet company standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of various coating processes and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in coating operations
- Inspect materials and products for defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
- Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure team compliance
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely manner

Qualifications
