Warehouse Operatives - Voice Picking & LLOP **Pay Rate:** £13.80 per hour **Location:** Doncaster,DN11 (iPort Development) **Working Hours:** 13:00 - 21:00 **Working Days:** Wednesday - Sunday **Contract:** Ongoing **Start Date:** Immediate start available **Number of Vacancies:** 10 ## About the Role Morson Edge is currently recruiting 10 Warehouse Operatives to join a busy regional distribution centre based in Doncaster,within the iPort development. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing warehouse work with an immediate start. You will primarily be responsible for voice picking and operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP),ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently. You may also be required to work within a chilled environment when operationally required. ## Key Responsibilities - Carrying out voice-directed order picking. - Operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP). - Picking and preparing orders accurately and efficiently. - Meeting warehouse productivity and accuracy targets. - Maintaining a clean,safe and organised working environment. - Following all health and safety procedures. - Working within the chilled warehouse environment when required. - Supporting the wider warehouse team with daily operational requirements. ## Working Hours - **Shift:** 13:00 - 21:00 - **Days:** Wednesday - Sunday - Unpaid break during the shift. ## Requirements - Previous warehouse experience is desirable. - Voice-picking experience would be advantageous. - Previous LLOP experience is desirable. - Good attention to detail and accuracy. - Reliable,punctual and hardworking. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. - Flexible to work in chilled conditions when required. ## Training & Induction All successful candidates will complete a one-day induction at the start of their shift,covering: - Health & Safety. - Manual Handling. - LLOP training. ## Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety footwear - candidates should bring their own where possible.
