We are currently looking for an experienced Weighbridge Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on a busy weighbridge and be familiar with using the Genesys system.
Location- Hindlow Quarry, SK17 9QD
The Role As a Weighbridge Operative, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the weighbridge, ensuring vehicles and loads are accurately recorded and processed.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording vehicle weights.
Using the Genesys weighbridge system to process incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Checking delivery and collection documentation.
Recording waste/material movements accurately.
Liaising with drivers, site staff and customers.
Ensuring all paperwork and system records are completed correctly.
Following site health & safety procedures at all times.
Dealing with general weighbridge administration and queries.
Maintaining a professional and helpful approach when dealing with drivers and visitors.
