The Deployment Planning and Tracking Specialist will own the deployment plan and schedule on behalf of the Deployment Lead. They will track all steps of the TCR and MFD implementation process for site projects, run status calls with team members, and request site surveys to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

  • Own and maintain the deployment plan and schedule on behalf of the Deployment Lead.
  • Track implementation progress and provide accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and best practices.
  • Analyse data to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Manage deployment plan and schedule updates.
  • Track all steps of the implementation process for site projects.
  • Run regular status calls with Deployment team members.
  • Instruct property lead to start survey.

Experience in project planning and tracking within a complex organisation. Proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Experience running status calls and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. Familiarity with scheduling and tracking tools. Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
