We are currently recruiting for experienced Data Cablers for ongoing UK rail infrastructure projects.
- Rate: £210 per shift - LTD
- Location: Various LU network sites
- Hours: 11pm - 5am / Sunday to Thursday evening (maybe less, depending on location/job)
- Contract: long term
Tickets required before starting:
- Sentinel card - LU access / WSI – if not from a rail background, then we can organise this for you
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data cabling installations
- Strong ability to terminate COAX / COAXIAL cables (essential)
- Previous rail or critical infrastructure experience preferred
- Valid PTS (or willing to obtain)
- Termination of COAX cables
Role Includes:
- Installation and termination of data and COAX cabling
- Working across stations, depots, and rail environments
- Testing, fault-finding, and remedial works
- Reading and working from technical drawings
