Cyber Security Project Manager - SC cleared Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Contract Type: 6-month contract, inside IR35 Day Rate: Β£550 to Β£600 per day Summary We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple cyber security projects within a dynamic security portfolio. The role involves managing projects that are due to start in September/October, ensuring delivery to time, scope, and cost. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, including planning, financial and budget management, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle. Experience in delivering change and cultural transformation within cyber security environments is essential, as is the capability to manage large workloads of concurrent projects and resources effectively. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to coordinate across technical teams, business units, and third-party suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes. Skills - Proven experience delivering cyber security projects to time, scope, and cost - Strong project management and planning skills - Financial and budget management expertise - Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams through the project lifecycle - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and large workloads - Experience of project implementation and driving cultural change - Resource management in a project environment - Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills - Strong communication and leadership capabilities - Relevant project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) Software/Tools - Project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent - Financial tracking and reporting software - Collaboration and communication platforms Certifications & Standards - APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent recognised project management qualification - Experience working within cyber security frameworks and standards (desirable but not mandatory) This role is ideal for a delivery-focused professional with a strong background in cyber security project management, capable of driving complex projects within regulated environments and managing diverse teams to successful completion.
