Severn Trent is looking for a Commercial Cost Administrator / Junior Financial Analyst to support a busy commercial team during a period of system change and increased workload. This is a hands-on role focused on reporting, data processing, and commercial administration, ideal for someone early in their finance or commercial career who is confident working with data and systems. You will play a key role in supporting cost management activities, ensuring accurate reporting and helping the team manage day-to-day commercial and financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and maintain reports using SAP
- Process commercial data in line with SOPs and upload information to Asite
- Produce and compile Asite reports
- Support cost tracking and basic financial analysis
- Assist with the transition to new cost management systems
- Manage shared mailboxes and respond to routine commercial queries
- Maintain data using Excel and SharePoint
- Provide general admin and reporting support to the commercial team
